The Pre-Admission Process
Before your loved one can stay at Jewel Place Senior Living we will need to complete an evaluation of your loved one and obtain their care plan including any assistance with activities of daily living, medication information, transportation to doctors’s appointments, and any other important details to make your loved one comfortable while your away.
